day 1: arrival of the clients in Rome airport and meeting with the English speaking assistance and the driver. Private transfer to the accommodation and check-in. Typical dinner in Ariccia to discover “porchetta” in a “Fraschetta” restaurant. Transfer back to Rome and overnight

day 2: in the morning transfer to “La città del gusto” cooking class by Gambero Rosso in Rome. Roman cuisine lesson that includes a first course, a main dish, dessert. After the cooking class, guest can taste their dishes accompanied with wines chosen by the sommelier. Transfer back to the Hotel and free time at disposal. Dinner at leisure and overnight

day 3: after breakfast check-out and departure to Florence. Arrival in the capital of Tuscany and walk from the accommodation to one of the most famous restaurant of the city for having lunch. In the afternoon departure for visiting a castle in Pontassieve region. Olive oil and wine tasting. Return to Florence, check-in, dinner at leisure and overnight

day 4: after breakfast transfer by bus to the cuisine school and pizza cooking class with an original pizza maker from Naples with craft beers chosen by a sommelier. In the afternoon transfer back to the accommodation. Walking guided tour of the city centre (3 hrs) and then free time for dinner

day 5: after breakfast departure to the Chianti region to take part in a cooking class inside a castle. Return to Florence and rest of the day at leisure

day 6: Check-out and visit of the covered market. In the afternoon departure from Florence to Rome. Arrival in the capital, transfer to the accommodation. Check-in and overnight. Dinner at leisure

day 7: after breakfast walking guided tour of the capital (3 hrs). Afternoon at leisure. Farewell dinner in a typical trattoria
