day 1: arrival in Rome and departure to Tuscany. Arrival in Pienza and visit of a cheese factoy with a tasting of Pecorino cheese, that is made from 100% sheep’s milk and it is recognized as one of the most ancient and most famous cheese also outside Italy. Overnight at the accommodation

day 2: departure for a castle on the Tuscanian hills for a suggestive wine tasting dedicated to Sangiovese wine. We will try three different wines: Rosso di Montalcino, Brunello di Montalcino and Brunello Poggio alle Mura. Continuation to San Gimignano to visit a place where time stood still. Overnight at the accommodation

day 3: full day dedicated to Siena, the magnificent medieval city famous for its Palio and listed as World Heritage by UNESCO for its singular artistic heritage. In Siena you will see one of the biggest Medieval squares, Piazza del Campo. Here stand monuments of great value, such as Pubblico (the town hall), Piazza Chapel, upon which stands the bell tower, Torre del Mangia, and Jacopo della Quercia’s marvelous Gaia Fountain. day 4: departure to Pisa and walking tour to discover its important monuments as the Leaning Tower located in dei Miracoli complex, declared by UNESCO World Heritage Site. Free time at disposal in the late afternnon, then transfer to the accommodation and overnight Florence to visit one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site for the wealth and beauty of its monuments. The most popular and important sites are the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the Uffizi Museum. But also the churches of Santa Maria Novella and Santa Croce. Overnight at the accommodation

day 5: full day in Florence. Visit one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site for the wealth and beauty of its monuments. The most popular and important sites are the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the Uffizi Museum. But also the churches of Santa Maria Novella and Santa Croce. Chance to visit the covered market where it is possible to taste typical products and take part in different interesting activities proposed by the artisan shops. Overnight at the accommodation

day 6: departure for visiting a castle in the middle of the countryside near Florence. One hour tour of the castle through the private chapel, the Reinassance courtyard and the centuries-old winery in the basement. At the end of the tour will be a guided wine and olive oil tasting. day 7: the day is dedicated to the Tuscanian cuisine. In a castle you will discover the secret recipes and you will take part in a handmade past cooking class. The lesson with the chef lasts two hours and then you will taste what you have cooked. Before leave the castle to reach the airport enjoy the farewell lunch based on a typical menu called “The grape-picker menu”. Transfer to the airport and end of our services
